Anonymous asked: Are you a Chenzel author, or an author at all? Do you realize it's nearly impossible to write on demand like you're expecting people to do? Is the Chenzel fic community dying? Maybe. But it will wax and wane with time as all fandoms do. Pushing a contest on people isn't going to get people writing quality fiction. Authors will write when inspired, not because there's a contest. I want more fic, too, but even as an author, I'm not inspired by anything enough to write right now, nor are any other writers I know. In the words of Glinda, it may be best to just…let it go. I do write and I know that inspiration is needed and people can’t always just write. The contest was made a while ago people said they wanted to do it. I did say in one of the last posts why don’t we just leave it and maybe the comm will pick up soon like if Idina and Kristin do anything together or are at the same events or whatever. People asked for an extension because they wanted to write something for it. people don’t have to join in it was supposed to be a little bit of fun to get chenzel going again a little. The results weren’t as great as everyone thought as two people entered but we’re not going to keep going on about it after this week. We knew it might not have worked cause yeah nothing really inspiring has happened over the last while, thats why we gave a prompt. |

3 days left and we have two entries… It really can’t be a contest with only two.
Not gonna lie we so thought we were gonna have at least a few more entries.
It kinda seems like chenzel is sizzling out -not saying it is dead- but maybe it wasn’t meant to be tried to I don’t revamped.
Maybe if Idina and Kristin do something together again there will be a burst of chenzel love all over again like the old times…

come on people get submitting. You do have to be a member of chenzel romance to be able to read the fics I believe.

we want to get as many people as possible do it we are supposed to be trying to get the chenzel comm going strong again. so go tell your fellow chenzel lovers to write some fic leave it in their ask box to see if they want to take part c’mon :) !!!
